Ongoing Support Packages
For customers who require ongoing support, attractive contract rates are available. Customers will need to sign up to a support package which includes a number of support hours which can be used over a 12 month period. This contract will be prepaid annually or on a monthly payment and if support is required over the package levels we will discuss this with you and provide an estimated cost.

– approx. 4 hours per month. 48 hours annually
General Adhoc Support
Support is charged at £40 per hour for on-site support, £35 per hour for remote support. A minimum charge of 1 hour applies after which increments of 15 minutes are applied.
