My name is Tim and I am the owner of The Tim Potter Travel Co. Let me tell you a little about me.

Why have I set up my own travel agency?

There are lots of exciting destinations to choose from and some of these are more complicated to plan and get the most out of a trip than others. After 10 years as a Cabin Crew, starting my career at Jet2 in Leeds before moving down to Bristol with EasyJet and then on to long haul for British Airways from London Heathrow, I have lots of experience in travel.

Providing outstanding customer service is a big passion of mine. I have also spent 7 years running a small hotel in Bath so I know the importance of personalised service providing great advice and helping guests with their travel plans.

So with my enthusiasm for travel and my passion for customer service, I decided to embark on setting up my new independent travel agency here in South Bristol.

Whether you’re looking for an exotic trip to the far east or something closer to home here in the UK I can help you put together plans for the perfect holiday.

Holidays to suit your budget – Everyone wants to get the best holiday for their budget so I will always endeavour to a choice of the best options available at competitive rates. All package holidays will be provided with the highest levels of financial protection.

Outstanding Customer Service – The service does not stop once you have booked your holiday. We will always offer to arrange a short call a week or so before you are due to depart. If you need any support with any aspect of your holiday plans such as API (advance passenger information), online check-in, departure forms, visas, travel money advice, or airport parking help is on hand. While you are away I will ensure you have an emergency contact just in case anything does go wrong.
